Dieting on a budget - Snacks

Healthy snacks on a budget! If you are like me, I want to lose a little weight, eat healthier, and not go broke! Here is a little list of my favorite healthy snacks that won't put me on welfare!

1. Celery. Maybe dip it in peanut butter or ranch.
2. Kosher dill pickles.
3. Light Yogurt.
4. Fresh Fruit.
5. Dried banana chips.

If you feel like you are always hungry and wanting more to eat, you might not be drinking enough water. I know I personally have this problem. In general, guys should be drinking about 13 cups of water a day and girls should be drinking about 9 cups a day.
